Widgora

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 27, 2026

Widgora ("the app") is developed by Koksoft ("we"). This policy explains what data the app uses and how. The short version: we don't run accounts, analytics or ads, and we don't collect your personal data on our servers. Your designs and data stay on your device.

Data that stays on your device

Location and weather

If you allow location access, the app uses your approximate location to request weather from Apple's WeatherKit. Location is sent to Apple only to fetch weather; we do not receive or store it. Apple's handling is described in Apple's privacy policy.

Online data sources

Some data sources fetch public information from third-party services (for example currency rates, crypto prices or quotes), and you can add your own JSON APIs. When a widget uses such a source, your device connects directly to that service, which can see your IP address like any normal web request. We don't send personal data to these services. Custom APIs you add are contacted only at your request, and you are responsible for the services you choose.

What we don't do

Purchases

If in-app purchases are offered, payments are processed by Apple. We may use a subscription management service to verify purchases; it receives an anonymous purchase identifier, not your payment details. This policy will be updated before such a service is added.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

Your choices

You can grant or revoke permissions (Health, Location, Calendar, Camera) at any time in iOS Settings. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
